Many former industrial sites are finding reuse due to their location and existing industrial zoning. Over the years we have gained the knowledge and experience of what it takes to successfully work on these Brownfield sites. With personnel that are OSHA Hazwoper 40 hour trained we can provide the services to amend soils onsite or to transport the materials to a hazardous waste facility disposal. We recently performed environmental cleanup and capping work at a facility for Exelon Corp.  We have also performed excavation and capping services on multiple sites where we remove portions of the contaminated material, bury the excavated material at a designated onsite location and then cap all of the areas with fill or topsoil that is certified to be clean.

We have performed major site work for expansions of Abington Memorial, Chestnut Hill, Doylestown, Riddle Memorial and Paoli Memorial hospitals. We are currently working at the AI DuPont Children's Hospital in Wilmington, Delaware and at the Chester County Hospital in West Chester, PA. We fully understand how to work in an environment where maintenance of existing operating facilities is of paramount importance.  Pedestrian and vehicular safety as well as minimal disruption to daily operations are par for the course.

Working inside of existing manufacturing sites requires performing work in such a manner as to minimally impact the operation of the facility while maintaining the customer's schedule. Whether it requires working night shifts or around the clock 7 days a week, we can meet the customer's needs. We have worked in numerous manufacturing environments including the Air Products Company, The Boeing Company, Glaxo Smith Kline and Merck Pharmaceuticals.
